IT Technical Lead - Customer Applications

Locations:

Wilmington, DE / Colorado Springs, CO / Mississauga, ON

Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite

We are hiring an

IT Technical Lead

to design and implement our next-gen

B2B software licensing & entitlement management platform

. This role will lead end-to-end architecture, drive integrations with enterprise systems, and guide technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation of the licensing/entitlement platform Architect scalable solutions and integrations with ERP & enterprise apps Collaborate with product, business, and architecture teams Optimize platform performance and solve operational challenges Ensure compliance with PII/GDPR/CFR Communicate with global stakeholders through clear documentation

Required Skills:

8+ yrs in software engineering; 2+ yrs technical leadership Strong experience in

B2B licensing & monetization

Hands-on with

NodeJS or Python

, and

AWS (API Gateway, storage, caching, IAM)

Experience building customer-facing apps & enterprise integrations Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM

Good to Have:

Excellent storytelling & communication Interest/experience in

GenAI / Agentic AI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
