Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is seeking a dedicated Tech Admin to join our organization. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, accurate data management, and seamless onboarding processes across our organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between multiple departments while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service.
In this role you will:
Support the administrative needs of 800+ technicians across the country
Onboard new technician data into company software systems
Communicate with HR and recruiters to ensure accurate and timely onboarding processes
Answer and resolve administrative questions in a timely manner via our ticketing system
Handle shipping and receiving duties as needed
Preparing, shipping, and tracking packages for our field technicians and other departments
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and improve operations efficiency

To be successful in this role, you should have:
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effective time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage high-volume workload
High level of accuracy and proficiency with data entry across multiple systems
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Eager and willing attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to team objectives
