Our client, a leader in packaging and engineering solutions, is seeking a Tech 2, Packaging Engineering to join their team. As a Tech 2, Packaging Engineering, you will be part of the engineering support team, contributing to innovative testing and development projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Execute moderately complex test requests with minimal assistance, supporting daily lab activities.
• Assist in equipment qualification, test method validation, and lab engineering projects.
• Support development and review of test requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop proficiency in environmental chamber supervision, aging program coordination, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain good documentation practices and support compliance with GLP and EHS requirements.

What's Needed?

• Basic technical knowledge related to lab testing and equipment operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and requestors.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of documentation and safety.
• Willingness to develop skills in environmental chambers, aging programs, and test procedures.
