Additional Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to lift 15-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop through-out assigned shift \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40\xc2\xb0 F to -10\xc2\xb0 F

Essential Functions include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsibility for customer product and service standards \xe2\x80\xa2 Fostering an environment of team work \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsibility for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Greeting and thanking every customer with a smile and eye contact \xe2\x80\xa2 Executing quality store operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Cleaning store, small wares, merchandise, and equipment as needed\xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to operate food preparation machinery if over 18 \xe2\x80\xa2 Adherance to all health, safety, and security guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
