TA Travel Center/LV Petroleum is hosting an open house event and will be interviewing on the spot for a variety of positions for our new
Arby's
inBirmingham, AL
. As a Team Member, you are responsible for delivering great guest experiences.Weekly pay, starting at
$14 per hour
.Walk in interviews will be held from Thursday 11/13/25 through Thursday 11/19/25 between 10AM and 6PM. Please bring your resume, valid current photo ID and social security card as managers will be making on the spot hiring decisions. Please come to 901 Bankhead Hwy W, Birmingham, AL 35204. Ask for one of the hiring managers.
We are looking for :
Cashiers/Team Members
Food Team Members
Cooks
Shift Leads
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm and friendliness. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to TA's standards. Operate POS systems to take orders and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Restock products and supplies as needed throughout the shift. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Work as part of a team to meet customer service and sales goals. Comply with TA policies and procedures. Assist in opening or closing the store as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Minimum age: 18 (varies by location). High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
