The Yard Milkshake Bar St. Petersburg is looking for team members who are energetic and friendly. We'd like you to come equipped with exceptional customer service abilities, quickness of feet, as well as the ability to adapt and keep moving. The position thats available is seasonal,with the potential to stay longer. MUST BE AVAILABLE during the holiday months . we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas but you must be available to work the days around these dates . Holidays we're open are Halloween, Veterans day, New Years Eve and Day and MLK day!THIS IS FOR NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.

As one of our Team Members you will:

Dip, Mix, and Decorate some of the most popular and Instagrammable milkshakes in the country Gain valuable real-world business, specialty food service and customer service experience Work closely with other Team Members to ensure customers have a fantastic, fun and tasty experience when they visit The Yard Milkshake Bar

The Yard Team Members are expected to:

Demonstrate passion for serving your community, a willingness to clean often and comprehensively, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment Familiarize themselves with our ice cream flavors, our specialty shakes, and sundae combinations, and to be able to enthusiastically make suggestions to and answer questions from our customers Be available to work weekends and late nights Provide consistent, world-class service to every single customer Be reliable, honest, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift

Job Requirements:

Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask Standing and walking for long periods of time Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and pulling items up to 50 lbs Have Saturday availability

Experience:

Serving: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
