Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive dining or shopping experience Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are maintained at all times Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and totals Upsell menu items or products to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food handling regulations Support food industry best practices by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines Assist with food serving, cashiering, and grocery or retail tasks as needed to support overall store operations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service delivery without compromising quality Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant flow and excellent customer satisfaction

Experience

Prior experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurant, cafe, or retail environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and sales upselling are essential Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures is a plus Previous experience in cashiering or serving roles will help you excel in this position Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude will enable you to thrive in our energetic team environment

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
