WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US Base Pay Two offerings are tied to how many hours you work a week (on average). Base pay changes depending on our 25-hour mark.

• If you work over 25 hours a week (on average), you will start at $9.00/hour.
• If you work less than 25 hours a week (on average), you will start at $8.00/hour.

Employer-paid telemedicine The other offering tied to 25 hours of work a week (on average) is our employer-paid telemedicine. With this program, you can get unlimited telemedicine calls for free! We are so happy to offer this benefit! We can explain this program in more detail if we move forward together. More Benefits On top of your base pay are tips. Since we are all out front providing customer service, we pool all daily tips and divide them based on the number of hours you worked that day. While we can\xe2\x80\x99t guarantee tips, we have a strong tip history thanks to our amazing guest base. You can ask about our tip history if we move forward together. The other way to earn cash from Back Alley Pizza is through our referral program. If you know someone who would be a great fit, you can refer them to us. If we hire them, you get a cash bonus on the first day your referral works. It\xe2\x80\x99s a win-win for you and us! • If you work more than 25 hours, we try to provide a fairly predictable scheduling.
• If you work less than 25 hours, we try to provide flexible scheduling.

Some of it just depends on the season of life you are in. We like to think we are reasonable people. We are closed every Sunday and Monday, so you have every Sunday and Monday off. We expect that you will make amazing pizzas and provide amazing guest service! Apart from making pizzas and taking care of our guests, you will open and close the pizzeria, prepare food, and clean (we clean a lot). Sometimes other tasks may be assigned, but this will make up most of your days most of the time. Every pizza ticket needs to be completed in 15 minutes or less (we move quickly!). We expect our operational lists to be completed and on time. You need to be ready to work by the time you are scheduled. We need plenty of notice if something comes up and you can\xe2\x80\x99t work a shift. (Nobody likes Teammates that don\xe2\x80\x99t show up or don\xe2\x80\x99t show up on time.)
