Overview:

As a Team Member, you are the face of our restaurant, creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Whether greeting customers at the counter, preparing our world-famous food, or ensuring the restaurant is clean and stocked, your role is essential in making sure customers return time and time again. This is a fun and fast-paced environment where teamwork, customer service, and a positive attitude are key to success!

Key Responsibilities:

Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems Prepare and package food and beverages accurately. Assemble and package orders Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions Maintain a clean and organized workstation Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstations Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests Provide friendly and efficient service to guests Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant Work collaboratively with team members and managers Maintain and organize stockroom and refrigerated areas

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

Standing for extended periods Repetitive movements such as bending, stooping, and reaching Lifting boxes, ice and products up to 20 lbs Wearing a headset Working in a compact space
