This role will is committed to working at the 6 MSU Home Football games, and will also have shifts at our East Lansing store on Grand River.

Job Overview:
Provide a quality guest experience through serving our concessions with a positive and welcoming attitude and in a speedy fashion. Crew members may be trained in multiple positions including front of house, cashier, prep and production. Each position has different duties and responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of a variety of food items, primarily including pretzels, smoothies, bowls, and beverages, etc.
• Responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner. Will enter sales into a point of sale system and ensure purchases are accuratley recorded.
• Responsible for delivering food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy of orders.
• Ensures cleanliness and compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.

Job Type: Hourly/Part-Time
Requirements:
Experience: 1 + year of customer service, point of sale, and or food service prep experience preferred.
Must be available to work each of the 6 MSU Football home games; working 5-7 hours on following game days:

• 8/29 at 7pm
• 9/6 at 7:30pm
• 9/13 at 3:30pm
• 10/11 at 12:00pm
• 10/25 at TBA
• 11/15 at TBA

Education: Must meet age requirements.
