We're looking for energetic and dependable people to join our [Cinnabon, Auntie Anne's] team in Warren, MI (inside of Meijer). Whether you're looking for part-time hours, extra cash, or a full-time role, we've got a spot for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and with attention to detail. Assist with food preparation across all four brands, ensuring all food items meet safety and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and station area, including regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, particularly during busy periods across all brand stations Effectively manage time to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality or service standards. Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but NOT required. Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., QU POS or similar) is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in food preparation and customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

We Offer:

Base Pay: $12.48 - $14.00 per hour. With cash and credit card tips, you could make between $15-$16 per hour! Employee discount, Paid training, Casual Uniforms No early mornings or late nights Holidays are shortened hours and/ or closed. (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
