Your Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate agents to increase productivity Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent Run growth strategies using proven systems and tracking Manage a pipeline of buyer and seller opportunities focused on conversion Drive performance through accountability, structure, and data Collaborate with executive leadership to scale current and new locations



What Makes You a Strong Fit Active Texas Real Estate License Minimum three years of residential real estate sales experience A performance-driven leader who loves developing people Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills Strong comfort with CRM platforms, dashboards, and tech tools
