Overview

The Crazy Coop is seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, great communication, and the ability to maintain a fast-paced, positive work environment. Experience in food service is preferred, and training will be provided for all Crazy Coop menu items, sauces, and procedures.

This position plays a key role in supervising staff, maintaining store standards, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting overall growth. The Team Leader will work closely with ownership to uphold The Crazy Coop brand, deliver top-tier guest experiences, and keep daily operations running efficiently.

Work Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday Hours: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM Daily Break: 3:00 PM - 5 PM Bi-weekly pay Work in chicken area to cook delicious wings and sides Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure great service and smooth operations. Conduct employee orientation, training, and weekly performance development. Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and customer interactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with preparing and cooking menu items, including chicken wings and sauces. Ensure food quality, portion accuracy, and speed of service. Complete weekly orders from food vendors and maintain accurate inventory. Create and manage weekly employee schedules in Sling. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Support opening and closing procedures. Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic. Comfortable using POS systems (Toast experience is a plus but training is provided). Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
