As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in supporting our leadership team by helping to manage shifts, develop team members, and ensure operational excellence across the board. Whether you're leading Front of House or Back of House teams, your impact will be felt in every guest interaction and team member experience.

What You'll Do





Champion excellence in

Front of House, Back of House, and Training

Supervise team members, coach in the moment, and lead by example during shifts Ensure team members follow proper procedures and maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards Support team development by offering feedback, coaching, and encouragement Address shift issues and escalate complex situations to senior leaders as needed Uphold Chick-fil-A's commitment to quality, speed, and hospitality at all times Promote a positive team culture grounded in respect, accountability, and professionalism

What We're Looking For



Prior Chick-fil-A experience or leadership experience is required

Strong leadership and communication skills Confidence working in high-volume, fast-paced environments A positive attitude and a desire to serve others Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
