POSITION SUMMARY:

The

Team Lead

is responsible for guiding, helping and facilitating a diverse group of employees to accomplish daily tasks and responsibilities to ensure production assembly goals and good manufacturing quality standards are met. The Team Lead is also responsible for assessing and/or then directing employee issues and concerns to the attention of the Production Supervisor and/or Manager.

PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Facilitate work teams in building products according to defined production station environment.

Train and coach employees on how to handle and organize work areas for a variety of assembly methods and needs.

Continuously monitor the quality of production within the production station and take appropriate measures to eliminate or minimize quality and waste issues.

May operate a computer system and/or manual tracking of information to facilitate flow of merchandise

Responsible for all required paperwork to be accurate and correct to designated locations including disbursement and counts of rejected items, collecting data for hour by hour reports and providing detail and summary reports as required by management.

Set-up team and assemblers to ensure proper product flow with minimal set-up time.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
