Opportunity:

The Team Lead plays a key role in driving operational excellence by mentoring staff, upholding standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports the development of LEAN tools, leads training efforts, and ensures proper equipment use and process control. With a strong focus on safety, environmental responsibility, and waste reduction, the Team Lead also evaluates performance data and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance efficiency across operations.



Pay: $21.08

Schedule: 7:00 - 3:30pm

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Overtime Availability

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor staff in standard work practices and equipment procedures. Support the development and implementation of LEAN tools and process improvements. Deliver and evaluate training to ensure team competency and compliance. Monitor and uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards. Analyze performance data and contribute actionable insights to improve operations. Drive initiatives that reduce waste, improve utilization, and enhance throughput. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.

Your Contibutions:

3+ years of experience in a production or operations environment. High school diploma required; relevant certification preferred. Strong understanding of equipment operations, process control, and LEAN principles. Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor team members. Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
