Team Lead

to oversee daily operations within our retail environment. We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and creative

Team Lead

to help guide studio operations, support staff, and ensure our guests have an amazing experience. If you enjoy art, working with people, and leading a team in a positive, hands-on environment, we'd love to meet you!

Duties

Lead and support daily studio operations, ensuring smooth workflow and a great guest experience including opening and closing procedures Deliver outstanding customer service and assist guests with pottery painting techniques Manage inventory levels and conduct stock checks Open/close the studio, including cash handling and daily reporting Assist the manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures- Supervise staff and ensure all tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner Assist with inventory, and host special events (parties, workshops, community events) Maintain studio cleanliness including trash runs Oversee kiln processes (training provided) and responsible for timely order flow. Maintain effective communication with staff regarding policies, promotions, and store goals Uphold safety, quality, and service standards

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfort working with children and families Knowledge of merchandising, marketing strategies, and store operations Ability to handle customer service issues professionally with phone etiquette skills Creative or artistic background is a plus (but not required--training provided!)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
