Job Description

:

The Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating daily operations within their assigned team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
Participate in Lean initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen events, and Value Stream Mapping.
Maintain and update visual management boards with department metrics.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, and quality issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimal of 3 years of Mastercam experience.
Proven ability to program and edit all machines.
Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience, with demonstrated leadership ability.
Must have proven experience leading and training teams.
Knowledge of Lean principles and problem-solving techniques
Proficiency with production tracking systems and basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications in Lean or manufacturing preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
