Canton Team Lead

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll help keep buildings running smoothly, step in when staffing is low, and support your team every day.



What You'll Do



o

Help lead teams across multiple buildings when needed



o

Check buildings for issues and ensure quality standards are met



o

Train, support, and motivate new and current team members



o

Assist with tracking labor hours and staying on budget



o

Place weekly supply orders



o

Communicate changes in hours, procedures, or policies to the team



o

Work closely with the Area Manager -- teamwork matters



o

Learn all positions in assigned buildings so you can jump in when needed



o

Identify extra service opportunities (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, etc.)
