Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and supporting students in their learning journey.

Duties

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities

- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed

- Support classroom management and create a positive learning environment

- Help with behavior management and student engagement

- Assist with literacy and math activities

- Collaborate with the teaching team to meet students' individual needs

Skills

- Experience working with students in a classroom setting

- Knowledge of behavior management techniques

- Familiarity with literacy and math education

- Ability to support special education students

- Strong childcare skills

- Montessori or private school experience is a plus

- Preschool teaching experience is beneficial

-Working with special needs students experience is required for SPED Teacher Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22,269.00 - $35,000.00 per year
