Job Description

```Duties```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children.
- Provide support and supervision to children during classroom activities and outdoor play.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of materials and resources for daily lessons.
- Help maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create individualized learning plans for students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns or updates.

```Skills```
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Experience in toddler care and classroom management techniques.
- Strong math skills to support early numeracy development.
- Familiarity with daycare or childcare settings and regulations.
- Ability to engage and interact positively with young children.
- Creativity in developing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.
- Strong organizational skills to assist with curriculum development and classroom management.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
