Job Description

The Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing educational activities that promote literacy, and overall growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages child participation and engagement. Provide individualized support to students. Promote physical education through active play and structured activities. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Maintain a safe and organized classroom setting conducive to learning. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all children.
Skills
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Experience in toddler care, daycare settings, or similar environments. Proficiency in teaching literacy concepts to young children. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children of various ages. Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
