Foundations Learning Academy of Hilliard is a privately owned and operated preschool, delivering high quality education and care to children from 6 weeks old until they are ready for kindergarten. Our teachers use our Creative curriculum to create lessons and activities that fulfill the children's social, emotional, and physical developmental needs.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a licensed childcare facility (preferred but not required) A degree in early childhood education or a related field. (preferred but not required) Knowledge of licensing rules and step up to quality requirements. The capability to potty train using age-appropriate technics. The ability work cooperatively with other classroom teachers in facilitating our curriculum and upholding a positive working environment. Desire to meet the social, emotional, and physical needs of the children. The capability to facilitate and model strategies for independent problem solving. Excellent communication skills.

High School Diploma Able to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to pass a background check
