Job Description
Monsignor Slade Catholic School, located in Glen Burnie, MD, has an opening for an elementary grades 1-5 teaching position. The successful candidate must hold a current Maryland State Teaching Certificate in and have experience working with elementary-aged students. Job Responsibilities:
- Implement lesson plans utilizing a variety of techniques to motivate, challenge and engage students
- Plan and execute instructional programs that adhere to Archdiocesan curriculum
- Create an instructional environment conducive to learning
- Maintain high professional standards consistent with the mission of the school and the teachings of the Catholic Church
- Experience with integration of technology is preferred
Qualifications:
- Degree in Elementary Education
- MSDE teacher certification
- Experience in a Catholic school setting is preferred
