About the Role:

As a Teacher, you will guide young minds through discovery, creativity, and early skill-building using our

Balanced Learning curriculum

. You'll work closely with a leadership team that respects your time, voice, and professional input.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and implementing classroom activities that support all areas of development Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Observing and supporting each child's growth and milestones Participating in school events, team meetings, and ongoing learning Communicating regularly and meaningfully with families
Qualifications:

Experience in child care is preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to lift 35 lbs as needed for child care routines Infant-Preschool Teachers: CDA or 2-year degree preferred Pre-K and Kindergarten Teachers: 4-year degree in ECE or related field preferred
