Job Description

The Teacher Assistant will support the classroom teacher in creating a positive, organized, and productive learning environment. Responsibilities include assisting with clerical tasks such as preparing materials, organizing supplies, and managing classroom documents. The Teacher Assistant will also work with students in small groups to reinforce instructional concepts, provide guided practice, and support individual learning needs as directed by the teacher.

Additional duties include covering assigned morning and/or afternoon responsibilities, such as supervising arrival and dismissal, monitoring hallways or common areas, and ensuring student safety during transitions. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and committed to supporting both the teacher and students throughout the school day.
