We're Hiring! Extended Day Teacher at Freehold Montessori School
Hours: Monday-Friday, 2:30-5:30 PM
Do you love working with children and enjoy a warm, community-centered environment? Freehold Montessori School seeks a kind, dependable, and playful individual to join our extended day team!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with kids in a relaxed, joyful setting. You'll help guide students through their afternoon activities--think outdoor play, art projects, stories, games, and winding down after a busy day of learning.
No Montessori experience? No problem! We'll help you get to know our approach. What's important is that you bring patience, curiosity, and a gentle spirit.
A few key responsibilities:
Keep children safe, engaged, and happy
Support their independence and creativity (the Montessori way!)
Collaborate with fellow staff members
Keep the environment tidy and welcoming
Perfect for college students, retirees, or anyone looking for meaningful part-time work with children.
