Tea Bar and Dispensary Sales Associate

About the Role:

We're looking for motivated, reliable team members who are passionate about helping others, driven by results, providing and committed to creating an exceptional customer experience! If you're proactive, goal-oriented, and thrive in a sales focused environment, we'd love to meet you. This blended role includes responsibilities as both a Dispensary Sales Associate and Tea Specialist, offering competitive pay averaging $18-$25 per hour (hourly base plus tips).

We're currently offering Friday and Saturday shifts only.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly, providing a seamless and memorable experience for each guest, exceptional customer service and education on our tea and cannabis product offerings. Prepare and serve tea beverages, cannabis-infused drinks, and specialty mocktails. Provide customers with knowledgeable guidance on the benefits, proper use, and care of our cannabis, tea, and wellness products to support their individual needs and wellness goals. Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain store organization and cleanliness, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards. Contribute positively to team dynamics and actively participate in store events and community outreach. Occasional travel between locations orfor community events may be required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales and customer service

required.

Interest or prior knowledge of tea, cannabis, and wellness industries is required. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer experience-focused environment. Must be 21 years or older and comply with all relevant state and federal guidelines.
