The Defense Group at Leidos seeks a TDP Project Manager for the Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) contract with the United States Army at Fort Gordon, Georgia.

This position is located in Washington, D.C. and will now allow for remote work. An alternate location could be Augusta, Georgia, Fort Gordon, Georgia, or Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Please also apply if you are interested in any of these locations.

Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) is the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) to the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), responsible for conducting cyberspace operations. ARCYBER actively organizes, trains, educates, mans, equips, administers, deploys, and sustains ARCYBER forces to conduct comprehensive cyberspace operations around the world. The Information Advantage Enterprise (IAE) product capabilities provides the necessary speed, range, convergence, and decision dominance required in a faster-paced, distributed, and complex operating environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, initiating, and managing TDL projects. Leads development of TDP packages, working with PMO staff, Task Leads, and government stakeholders to gather necessary requirements to propose detailed approaches, schedules, and budgets.

Participates in Pre-Deployment Site Surveys (PDSS) as required for assigned TDL.

Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects and ensures that TO-level processes, best practices, and lessons learned are applied at TDL project level as appropriate.

Monitors progress to ensure that deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met for assigned TDL projects.

Coordinates with ARCYBER IAE PM, and other PMO staff on staffing, contractual, quality, logistics, financial, and administrative needs for assigned TDLs.

Updates the ARCYBER IAE TO Management Portal with all relevant TDL project information, and communicates TDL project status, risk, issues, dependencies, and actions to relevant program staff and appropriate government stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.

Must be a US Citizen and have a minimum of a Top Secret security clearance and have SCI eligibility.

Demonstrated prior experience with Pre-Deployment Site Surveys (PDSS).

Preferred Qualifications

Project management certification preferred (i.e., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, etc.).

Pay Range: Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00
