Tax Supervisor

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage projects, support client relationships, and mentor junior team members while continuing to expand your own tax expertise.

What You'll Do

As a Tax Supervisor, you'll oversee complex tax engagements across a diverse client portfolio, guiding teams and providing high-level review of tax work. You'll contribute to strategy discussions, help drive client success, and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and standards.


In this role, you will:


Review and supervise preparation of advanced-level tax returns (corporate, partnership, individual, fiduciary, and more) Evaluate general ledger account balances, trial balances, and recommend appropriate tax/book adjustments Conduct tax research and apply authoritative literature to support technical conclusions Lead and manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously Serve as a point of contact for clients and help maintain strong client relationships Mentor and develop interns, associates, and senior associates within the tax department Participate in firm initiatives and business development efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA preferred Minimum 2 years of tax experience in public accounting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and tax software applications (experience with the CCH suite of products is a plus) Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities Professional traits: Integrity, energy, curiosity, humility, and intellectual agility

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, generous PTO, a comprehensive benefits package, and clear opportunities for growth.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 Annually


The listed salary range is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, skills, and alignment with the needs of the role.
