Responsibilities

Complete a structured online training program covering individual and small business tax preparation. Assist clients in uploading tax documents through our secure Taxes To Go mobile app or email system. Communicate professionally with clients to collect information and verify accuracy. Prepare basic federal and state tax returns under supervision using professional tax software. Provide excellent customer service by answering client questions clearly and respectfully. Follow company compliance standards for confidentiality, accuracy, and document retention. Participate in team meetings or virtual training sessions to enhance your skills. Requirements & Qualifications

No prior tax experience required -- training is provided. Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work as an independent contractor. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Reliable computer, internet connection, and smartphone. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet filing deadlines.
