Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper

Full job description

CPA firm based in upstate South Carolina seeking a motivated CPA or CPA candidate to join our team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities will include bookkeeping, payroll processing, and preparation of business and individual tax returns--including corporate, non-profit, payroll, property, sales and business license.

The ideal candidate will have: excellent communication, accounting and analytical abilities; experience using Quickbooks, Peachtree and Ultratax; and the ability to work independently and meet client work deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.

Should have or be actively pursuing CPA license or master's degree in accounting or related discipline.

Additional working hours are expected during our busy season.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,733.29 - $70,000.00 per year
