Tax Preparer

What we'll like about you:

Enjoys working 40-50 hours max per week, even during tax season Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Extensive tax experience with knowledge of complicated individual tax returns At least [#] years of tax experience with various tax software and both client accounting

and firm-based accounting systems

Licensed CPA (preferred) Experience with tax planning (preferred)

What you'll be doing:

Preparing various tax returns Working with our Bookkeepers to ensure timely prepared financial statements Working with senior staff on review processes Assisting with tax planning Communicating and meeting with clients Working with accounting consultant on individual and corporate return tax processes

Providing outstanding customer service and treating individuals with respect Completing client delivers on time Willingness to cross train and join partners on prospect calls and client meetings Ability to problem solve and bring solutions to the table

Hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 8 a.m. to Noon on Fridays;

during tax season, hours are expanded on Friday to 5:30p.m. and until 2 p.m. on

Saturdays.
