Responsibilities:

Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and timely Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and confidentiality Provide guidance to clients on tax strategies, deductions, and compliance Stay updated on federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure the highest level of service

Qualifications:

Minimum of [2 years] proven tax preparation experience Established clientele base (required but not a deal breaker) PTIN required; Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Compensation:

Competitive commission-based or fee-sharing structure, tailored to your experience and client base. Additional incentives for preparers with 100+ clients utilizing EFIN assistance.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
