This Tax Manager will possess expertise in various types of tax returns and financial statements, along with proficiency in Excel and tax software and technology. What you get to do every day

- Review and supervise the preparation of quarterly tax projections, and communicate required estimated tax payments

- Assist in quality control review for all financial statements

- Aid in the compliance of financial and tax reporting policies and procedures

- Assist in the review of the calculation and distribution of W-2s and 1099s

- Support compliance and planning for tax matters like waivers and tax returns

- Put together and analyze tax correspondence and facilitation and oversight of tax audits

- Convey tax best business practices to accounting managers and staff accountants

- Assemble and analyze complicated income tax returns for S Ccorporations, partnerships, not-for-profits, individual and fiduciaries

- Inspect and provide oversight for quarterly and annual payroll tax returns

Requirements

- 3-7 years\' experience in tax accounting

- Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting or relevant field required

- CPA preferred
