Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Tax Service:

Provide full-service preparation, tax advice, and calculations, handling the full range of tax complexities, including deductions optimization and amendments.

Relationship Building:

Focus on cultivating the long-term trust necessary to convert one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year client relationships.

Local Ambassador:

Serve as the local face and public representative of the brand, confidently hosting educational events and participating in marketing efforts.

Client Acquisition:

Execute proactive outreach and lead nurturing strategies to build a robust customer base for the service in the local market.

Financial Advising:

Conduct thorough tax reviews and discovery sessions to minimize client tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide tailored future tax planning advice.

Customer Experience:

Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, utilizing both in-person and state-of-the-art virtual communication tools.

Requirements

Credentials:

Active, unrestricted

EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney

credential required.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of paid experience

filing

30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns

per season.

Compliance:

Active

PTIN

and familiarity with Circular 230 guidelines.

Schedule:

Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of

24 hours per week

on-site.

Location:

Must reside within the United States and be able to obtain necessary State licenses.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in providing holistic tax advisory services. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. Excited to be showcased in local and national marketing efforts.
