Position Summary:
The Tax Coordinator will be responsible for supporting property tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves managing annual filings, tracking real estate tax activities, and collaborating with county representatives to maintain accurate tax accounts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Tax Compliance & Reporting Pay annual property taxes on rental homes File business personally property returns annually Provide rent rolls and follow up with necessary communication Business Licensing Track and pay Business Licenses as needed Renew Dealer License as needed
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Excel and general computer applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills
COMPENSATION:
$55,000 - 65,000 + 10% annual bonus opportunityThe YES Difference
