Job Summary:
Responds to inquiries from tribal members by mail, telephone, or in-person requesting tags, titles, liens, and taxes, review title and registrations, collect and mail dropped-off information, and forward letters to tribal members.
Job Duties:
Responds to inquiries from tribal members by mail, telephone, or in person. Reviews tribal members' title and registration for any errors. Collects and mails dropped off information to complete vehicle registration. Prepares title recall letters to members when errors have been discovered. Prepares situation letters to members concerning detected errors or omissions for proper documentation required. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Motor Vehicle.
