About the Role
As a Tax Client Specialist, you'll be the link between our clients and our team--ensuring clear communication, accurate processing, and an exceptional client experience. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, a professional and confident presence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping everything organized.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and scheduling client communications and meetings
Managing calendars and assisting with occasional travel arrangements
Processing and assembling tax returns, extensions, and estimates (paper and digital)
Overseeing e-signature workflows and client follow-ups
Guiding clients on questions regarding their tax returns
Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth, welcoming process
Maintaining accuracy and quality control across all documents and communications

Deadlines are met consistently with complete and accurate work
The team can rely on you to keep schedules, documents, and details organized
Issues are spotted early and resolved quickly, preventing mistakes from slipping through

Ability to learn and adapt to office technology and software (we use Thomson Reuters UltraTax & SafeSend)
Reliability, accountability, and willingness to step up during busy season (including overtime and some Saturdays Jan-Apr)
