General Accountabilities include:

Customer service for facility customers Assign inbound/outbound delivery appointments to on-shift forklift operators Utilize Red Prairie & Acellos WMS systems to allocate loads & manage warehouse inventory Manage paperwork flow b/t shipping & receiving office and warehouse Check-in drivers & direct them to a door for unloading/loading Removing/placing seals on trailer doors if needed Mediate to resolve driver problems with loads Accurately process paperwork in the computer system Multi-task & communicate effectively Office sanitation & organization Paperwork filing & system E-filing Problem resolution Other duties as assigned by management

Skills Required:

Good problem solving & decision-making skills Basic math & reading skills Ability to read/write in English Ability to follow instructions closely Ability to function effectively in a team & fast-paced environment Ability to work with different levels of management

Prerequisites:

High school diploma (or equivalent) Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) Strong phone skills/etiquette
