Capabilities:

Perform in-depth research and analysis on specific targets to gather intelligence and support mission objectives Compile findings into comprehensive and clear reports that summarize insights, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations Work closely with other analysts, intelligence professionals, and stakeholders to ensure coordinated and effective intelligence efforts Employ advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance data interpretation and support intelligence operations Present analytical findings and intelligence assessments to senior officials and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Handle classified and sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and security, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations Provide intelligence support for operational planning and decision-making by delivering timely and accurate assessments

Qualifications:

Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 year of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Degree in a liberal arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to a mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
