Tanning Consultant/Sales Associate
Sales Associate Position
Malibu Tan employees uphold a high standard in customer service, cleanliness, and industry knowledge. Hiring for 2pm-8pm closing shifts. Duties:
-Delivering excellent customer service
-Selling professional products
-Selling UV/sunless packages & memberships
-Educating customers on how to utilize equipment effectively to achieve their desired results
-Following thorough sanitation & disinfection procedures Skills Needed:
-Motivation
-An interest in the industry
-Enthusiasm & willingness to learn
-Excellent communication
-Sales experience *preferred*
- 40 Hours of paid, in-salon training will be required for new hires
- Employees will be cross-trained to work at both Bozeman locations
- UV Tanning/Sanitation Certification course (Sun is Life or Smart Tan) will be provided following in-salon training
- Shifts are typically 3-8 hours in length, depending on availability and desired weekly hours.
