Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1.5 hours in the morning & 1.5 hours in the afternoon (approx. 3 hours/day)

The school across the street often causes overflow parking in our lot, leading to limited space for staff and tenants--and potential liability concerns. This position helps maintain order, ensure parking compliance, and promote safety on our property.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor parking areas during peak school hours. Politely inform non-authorized drivers when parking is restricted. Report recurring issues or safety concerns to management. Help ensure the property remains safe, organized, and accessible for staff and tenants.

Requirements

Reliable, punctual, and available during scheduled hours. Professional and courteous when interacting with others. Comfortable working outdoors and staying attentive. Prior experience as a parking attendant, school crossing guard, or in a similar role is a plus. Must be eligible to work as an

independent contractor

and able to

submit invoices for payment

(LLC preferred).

Schedule & Compensation

Monday-Friday

, approximately 3 hours total per day (times may vary slightly based on the school schedule).

Pay:

$15/hour, invoiced biweekly.
