What You\xe2\x80\x99ll be Doing
Do you have a passion of bringing your Taleo expertise to a global enterprise? As a Taleo Senior Consultant, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for supporting and developing several key talent acquisition tools that are utilized by over 750,000+ end users. These tools serve as the cornerstone to TTEC\xe2\x80\x99s success in recruiting, processing, and managing the intake of thousands of new employees each year into our global workforce. Also, as a Sr. Taleo Consultant, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace a collaborative approach to delivering business value, and maintain focus on the impact of technology solutions on our employees, customers and end users.

You\'ll report to the Senior Manager, Systems Software Engineering. You will contribute to the success of the business by utilizing their Taleo experience to enhance its functionality and reliability.

During a Typical Day, You\xe2\x80\x99ll

• Provide functional/technical expertise for new initiatives within the Taleo platform along with working as part of a larger team.
• Participate on project teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions to complex business problems
• Provide alternatives and recommendations on innovative technology solutions to meet the requirements of the business
• Support the resolution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues across our web tools and integration services
• Perform detailed configuration to meet functional requirements for enhancements and projects
• Migrate code between environments according to a formal methodology
• Consistently demonstrate a high aptitude, propensity to learn, passion for success, and willingness to challenge oneself and your peers

What You Bring to the Role

• 6-7 years of experience using Taleo, or as a Taleo Analyst, who has full-cycle implementation experience in Taleo applications
• Experience in corporate talent acquisition operations and strategy
• Understanding basic data architecture and integrations between core systems
• Taleo Connect Client (TCC) integration experience required
• Must be able to problem-solve and troubleshoot, in addition to the ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment
• Energetic team player with a can-do attitude, with an understanding that challenging, dynamic environments create opportunity
• Experience using Agile methodologies to deliver solutions

The anticipated range is $70,000 - $90,000 USD. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
