? What You'll Do

As our Talent Outreach & Recruitment Specialist, you will:

Lead recruitment efforts using our Paycom Applicant Tracking System Review applications, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates Support leaders through structured recruitment and hiring processes Strengthen ECMC's presence at job fairs, community events, and school partnerships Coordinate clinical students, shadowing requests, internships, and affiliation agreements Assist with recruitment marketing--social posts, flyers, videos, and content creation Manage pre-employment steps such as background checks, references, and health screens Serve as a backup for HR operations in Paycom, including workflows and documentation Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, students, and team members

Schedule & Environment

Full-time, onsite role Standard office hours with occasional evening or weekend events Frequent interaction with students, partners, applicants, and ECMC team members

What We're Looking For

Required:

High school diploma or GED Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or administrative roles Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organization and attention to detail Comfort with technology, HR systems, or applicant tracking tools

Preferred:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field Experience in healthcare or a similar fast-paced environment Familiarity with Paycom or other HRIS systems * Experience with marketing, student outreach, or workforce development
