  • Manages online learning and training design projects, including needs analysis, research, development, delivery, updates and maintenance of program content and materials.
  • Partners with Talent Management team, HR Business Partners, as well as client-facing teams, to develop learning strategies that most effectively address business needs.
  • Implements consistent standards for graphic interfaces and functionality in online courses and materials, ensuring agreed upon quality of design is met and followed.
  • Participates in the design phases of a project, to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach is used for Talent Management initiatives with a learning technology component.
  • Consults and collaborates with Talent Management leaders making recommendations in producing cost-effective learning solutions as alternatives to traditional classroom training methods.
  • Manages the quality and timely delivery of all projects assigned.
  • Ensures sound instructional design, and adult learning principles are applied to all deliverables
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Instructional Technology, Education or Human Resources or equivalent experience. Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and blended learning techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning theory.
  • Advanced skill with a variety of rapid e-learning development software tools, including Articulate Studio, as well as familiarity with Storyline and Rise.
  • Sufficient knowledge of SharePoint design and functionality.
  • Experienced with audio and video production and post-production editing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
