ALLO's Talent Development Team is looking for a master multi-tasker, communicator, and collaborative team player to join our dynamic team. As the Talent Development Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our talent development initiatives, providing essential administrative, logistical, and program support to ensure the smooth execution of all learning programs.

Colorado residents: Typical pay for this role is $24-$30 per hour depending on experience.
Program & Administrative Coordination


Provide seamless end-to-end logistical support for all company-wide talent development programs, including leadership training, career development initiatives, and mentorship programs. Manage all aspects of learning events (virtual and in-person) to ensure a positive and engaging participant experience, including:


+ Scheduling, sending calendar invitations, and managing registration.
+ Distributing pre-work, materials, and follow-up communications.
+ Providing production support during sessions (e.g., managing breakout rooms, polls, and Q&A).
Coordinate all program logistics from launch through completion, ensuring a smooth journey for all participants and partners (mentors, mentees, facilitators). Publish and promote learning opportunities through engaging communications on company channels like Gig News and SharePoint. Handle general office and team tasks, such as generating reports, ordering and maintaining training materials, and making travel arrangements as needed. Gather and summarize feedback from training sessions to share insights with the team. Other tasks as may be assigned to help ALLO and the Talent Development team move forward and prosper.


Learning Systems & Support


Manage enrollments, track attendance, and update session information within Workday Learning to ensure data accuracy. Run and distribute standard reports on enrollment, attendance, and completion. Assist with managing LinkedIn Learning licenses, including assigning seats and supporting user inquiries. Act as the central point of contact for the Talent Development team, managing the team email inbox and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain the team's training calendar and provide scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
EDUCATION:


A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Learning Sciences, Communication, Educational Technology) preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered.

EXPERIENCE:


Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a role focused on administrative, project, or event coordination, preferably within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Systems Proficiency: Expertise in the Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) is required . Experience in Articulate 360 is highly valued. Learning & Development Exposure: Familiarity with learning concepts and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred. Direct experience with Workday is highly valued.
