The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated

Talent Assessment Advisor

to support interview hiring events and collaborate with our team to ensure candidates assessed exhibit the right behaviors and attitudes throughout the hiring process. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for identifying top talent.



This opportunity will serve approximately 6 months and will be an integral member of the talent assessment team.




On-site in Atlanta, GA at our client site. 3 month contract working 5 days a week onsite in the airport headquarters.

Key Accountabilities




What you'll be doing:




Partner with hiring managers to align assessment strategies with company values and objectives. Facilitate and support hiring events, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. Conduct behavioral assessments and provide guidance on candidate selection. Collaborate with interview panels to ensure consistency in evaluation criteria. Utilize data and feedback to refine talent assessment methods and improve hiring outcomes. Maintain compliance with hiring policies and best practices. Provide training and guidance to team members on effective assessment techniques. Contribute to team activities to foster a supportive and inclusive hiring environment.

Skills & Experience




You'll need to demonstrate:




Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field. Strong understanding of behavioral assessment methodologies and hiring best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze candidate data and provide actionable recommendations. Experience managing or supporting hiring events is a plus.
