Our Talent Acquisition team spans the US, APAC, and EMEA regions and supports forward-thinking technology, design, and digital experiences.



Role Overview



The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be part of the Americas (AMR) Talent Acquisition team and will play a key role in driving recruitment excellence. You will focus on sourcing top talent, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities



Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates across multiple roles and functions.



Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring consistent communication and an excellent experience.



Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.



Build relationships and rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders across various time zones and cultures.



Contribute to process improvements, innovative sourcing techniques, and overall recruitment effectiveness.



Support diversity hiring initiatives and talent pipeline development.



Required Qualifications



Proven recruitment experience, ideally from an agency environment or a mix of agency and in-house corporate recruiting.



Strong passion for sourcing, talent mapping, and proactive outreach.



Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain timely, clear interactions.



Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across global teams.



Self-driven, resourceful, and results-focused, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.



Preferred Qualifications



Fluency in an additional language (French or Spanish) is highly desirable.
