You are the connective tissue between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and new employees.

What You'll Do

Own the New Hire Experience




Serve as the

primary point of contact for all new hires

, from offer acceptance through successful onboarding. Coordinate and manage onboarding activities, timelines, and documentation with precision and care. Ensure every new employee feels informed, supported, and excited to join Alpha.

Drive Recruiting Operations




Support job postings, requisition management, and interview coordination. Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication with professionalism and urgency. Assist in maintaining and updating job descriptions, interview plans, and recruiting materials.

Be the Administrative Backbone




Track and manage pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation. Maintain accurate records in the ATS and HRIS (UKG). Coordinate with Facilities, IT, and Training to ensure new hires are fully set up for success. Monitor and respond to calls, emails, and voicemails related to talent acquisition inquiries.

Support Culture & Continuous Improvement




Facilitate New Hire Orientation and support early employee integration. Conduct periodic follow-ups with new employees to support engagement and retention. Assist with process improvements, templates, and special Talent Acquisition projects.

Experience & Skills




2+ years of experience in administrative support, recruiting coordination, or HR operations (preferred). Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience with an ATS and HRIS (UKG preferred).

Requirements (Conditions of Employment)





Employment at Alpha Inc. is contingent upon:


Completion of standard pre-employment screening. Successful completion of a background check conducted after a conditional offer; any prior issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis consistent with Hawai?i and federal law. Passing a drug test (for both full-time and part-time hires) conducted in line with Hawai?i statutory requirements.
